Challenge: To effectively implement an enterprise-wide initiative to outsource multiple functions of Human Resources, prepare managers and employees to work differently and use new technology.

Outcome: Partnered with Change Management and HR Communicators to identify key stakeholder groups and analyze the impacts of the change. Aligning with training and organizational readiness plans developed a comprehensive change communication strategy. This contributed to a successful transition for managers and employees.
