Transition to Shared Services for Consumer Products Company
Challenge: Help employees' transition to Shared Services.

Outcome: Planned and developed communications for this complex organizational restructuring to transition and relocate five separate business entities (U.S. and Canada) to a shared business services model. Actively contributed to a Communicator's Council, as this transition was part of an extensive ERP.

Merger & Acquisition of Large Financial Services Company
Challenge: Maintain productivity and employee morale during a merger of two culturally different companies.

Outcome: Worked with a team to plan, develop and execute the Day One communications. Conducted a series of focus groups and developed benefit integration and internal marketing materials.

Downsize and Office Move of Small Recruitment Firm
Challenge: Develop a corporate restructuring plan for a specialized recruitment firm.

Outcome: After a series of employee interviews and coaching of senior management, the successful implementation of the communication campaign led to a decrease in operating expenses and an increase in productivity and employee morale.
