 About Teryl Taglieri
Teryl O'Keefe Taglieri, principal of The O'Keefe Group, LLC is a strategic communications
consultant, writer and coach based in Southern Connecticut. Formerly with Hewitt
Associates, the global human resources consulting firm, Teryl works with clients
on communications and human resources issues related to workplace change, organizational
restructuring and employee benefits.
Experience
Before establishing her own consultancy in 2002, Teryl was a senior communications consultant with Hewitt, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop and implement communications campaigns targeting employees, managers and senior executives. She has managed communications campaigns relating to mergers and acquisitions, process re-engineering, new technology and benefit integration programs.
Prior to consulting, Teryl spent over seven years at Aquent, an entrepreneurial
employment service company specializing in the recruitment and placement of
creative and technical professionals. Promoted to launch and manage the startup
and operations of a new office, she achieved the highest company margins in
1996. Prior to Aquent, Teryl was a public relations writer for the Chicago
Stock Exchange.
